Roush Performance has brought back the Nitemare package for the 2026 Ford F-150. The street-focused truck now makes up to 705 horsepower with an optional supercharger and rides on a lowered suspension built for pavement performance. The package is available now through Roush-certified Ford dealerships across the country.
Roush Nitemare Engine and Power Specs
The 2026 Nitemare starts with Ford’s 5.0-liter Coyote V8 engine making 400 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque. It pairs with a 10-speed automatic transmission and comes in 4×4 configuration. That setup alone puts it well ahead of the standard F-150 in straight-line speed.
Buyers who want more can add the TVS R2650 supercharger for $8,899 plus installation. That pushes output to 705 horsepower and 635 pound-feet of torque. Those numbers put the Nitemare close to the 720-horsepower F-150 Raptor R. Ford’s performance lineup continues to grow, and the Nitemare fills the gap left by the old SVT Lightning.
Lowered Suspension Built for Street Performance
The Nitemare is not an off-road truck. Roush drops the front end three inches and the rear five inches using its Advanced Lowered Suspension System. The setup includes performance coilovers, drop spindles, twin-tube dampers, progressive-rate springs, and an upgraded sway bar. The result is a full-size pickup that handles more like a sports car.
On the skidpad, the Nitemare holds 0.79 G or more in sustained cornering on a 200-foot circle. On a road course, the SuperCrew XLT version has pulled over 1.0 G of lateral grip. That is a remarkable number for a vehicle this size. Understanding different drivetrain configurations helps explain how Roush tuned the 4×4 system for street use.
Wheels, Tires, and Brakes
The Nitemare rides on 22-inch gloss black wheels wrapped in 305/40R22 General Tire G-MAX AS-07 tires. These are wide, performance-oriented tires designed for grip on dry and wet pavement. Roush also upgraded the braking system with slotted rotors for stronger stopping power under hard driving.
A cat-back exhaust system gives the 5.0-liter V8 a deeper, more aggressive tone. The exhaust is functional, not just cosmetic. It helps the engine breathe more freely, especially with the optional supercharger installed. The next Nissan GT-R targets a similar blend of power and street presence, but the Nitemare does it in a full-size truck.
Exterior and Interior Upgrades
New for 2026, the Nitemare gets a bedside graphic package with Nitemare badging and a checkered flag design. The front grille features amber lighting with Roush branding, and the hood has functional heat extractors. The overall look is aggressive but clean.
Inside, Roush fits the cabin with Raven Black leather seats featuring red accents and embroidered headrests. The steering wheel gets a red carbon-fiber accent. Other upgrades include aluminum pedals, embroidered floor mats, a full carpet package, and a serialized Roush badge. A carbon fiber trim package is also available as an option. The 2026 Ford Bronco Wildtrak also received a refresh this year, showing Ford and its partners are investing heavily in special editions.
2026 Roush Nitemare Pricing and Availability
The Roush Nitemare package costs $22,999 on top of the base F-150 price. It is available on the F-150 XL and XLT trims. The F-150 XL two-door starts at $47,835 including the $2,795 destination charge. The XLT begins at $50,850. Adding the Nitemare package and the optional supercharger can push the total past $80,000.
The package price is up from $20,000 in 2025. Roush backs the Nitemare with a 3-year, 36,000-mile limited warranty. Each truck is hand-built at Roush’s facility near Detroit after leaving Ford’s assembly line. Buyers interested in the enthusiast-grade driving experience should contact a Roush-certified Ford dealer to place an order.
